Dimitrina Papagalskaya holds a PhD in Economics in the field of intellectual property and is an assistant professor in the Department of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer at the University of National and World Economy, where she teaches bachelor’s and master’s students and has held a number of management and administrative positions over the years. She graduated with honors with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in the same field.

Driven by her desire to contribute to a meaningful transformation of education beyond higher education, Dimitrina worked for six years at the Center for Creative Training, where she was a training coordinator and led organizational development and knowledge management processes.

Her experience includes coordinating projects with state institutions, private and civil society organizations, as well as organizing national and international initiatives. She
is a member of the Media Literacy Coalition and the Digital Republic Association. She is a guest lecturer on topics related to copyright and digital learning platforms.

Dimitrina is the Program Manager Education at the Foundation, combining her academic and management experience with her deep motivation to contribute to the sustainable development of the educational environment in Bulgaria. In this role, she applies strategic planning, analytical approach, and partnership-building skills to implement initiatives aimed at long-term solutions and positive change in the education system.
